The Volume store uses Paypal to process orders. Upon selecting an item a new window will pop up showing the items in your shopping cart. From that screen you can add or remove items and/or change the quantity for a certain item.

When an order is placed we receive 2 emails.  One with the order, one with the payment verification.  We match the two emails together to complete the paperwork, so we can mail out your order.  Neither document contains immediate contact info to contact you in regards to your order.  To serve you better, and allow us to communicate any delays or issues with your order, we ask that you utilize the OPTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS text box when finalizing your PAYPAL transaction.  

PLEASE enter your full name, address, your EMAIL (If you don't regularly check your email, or have a preference, you can also enter your phone number) in the OPTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS box when  to allow us contact you if we need verify information or to notify you of any complications with your order.

Please allow up to 2 WEEKS to receive your order.  If you are on a tight schedule, just drop us an additional note in the text box and we'll try to accommodate you as best as we can.
